Creating Space for Real Change
Welcome. I’m truly glad you’re here.
Finding your way to support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. At The Cove, my hope is to offer a space that feels calm, safe, and supportive... a place where you can slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or challenges in relationships. Together, we’ll explore patterns, coping strategies, and past experiences that may be shaping how you feel and respond today, helping you find clarity and balance in your daily life.
I bring over seven years of experience in the mental health field to this work, including four years providing direct clinical therapy to teens and adults. My approach is rooted in trauma and attachment principles, and I use evidence-based methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help process difficult experiences and reduce the emotional intensity connected to them. Attachment-focused and Gottman Method principles guide my work when supporting clients navigating relational patterns or conflict.
I also work with neurodivergent individuals, as well as military service members and families adjusting to stress, transitions, and relational challenges. My approach is collaborative and grounded in neuroscience and trauma research, helping you build emotional regulation, insight, and healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges; at a pace that feels right for you.
